A well-deserved promotion for Charlie Chapman, who has recently been appointed to Sales Manager at Britannia Car Leasing.
Charlie joined the business in 2020 as a leasing sales consultant, after working for Audi in their retail division. Since joining, he has consistently been one of the top performers in the team using his expansive automotive knowledge to support customers and colleagues. His drive and determination is not limited to his work life, as he has recently completed a marathon and a triathlon in aid of charity and is now training to take part in an Ironman next year, with the support of his family, including his newborn son!
His new role consists of managing the sales team by providing training, setting weekly goals, and continuing to drive the team to success. Charlie will also work closely alongside the recently appointed Managing Director, Craig Cooke. Charlie’s input will be instrumental allowing Craig to focus on future projects.
Charlie has been a momentous asset to growing the business in 2024 and will continue to assist in the new year, where Britannia will integrate Salary sacrifice into their portfolio of financial products and develop their commercial vehicle leasing exposure.
